RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Do we accept returns? Of course! In the event you need to make a return, please email us at hello@rheosgear.com with your order information (name and order number). All orders are returnable within the first 30 days for any size, fit, or style reason as long as they are returned in new and re-sellable condition. 

LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY


We provide a lifetime limited manufacturer's warranty supporting all aspects of the frame resulting from non-accidental damage with proof of photo. Translation: If there's something wrong with your shades, we'll make it right for you. Warranty replacements may be subject to fees for shipping and fulfillment of approximately $9 anywhere in the United States (international shipping may vary). All frames are eligible for replacement one time per purchase.

LENS WARRANTY - OUR SALTWATER PROMISE


With high scratch and chemical resistance, our Nylon Optics stand up to the grittiest sea salt with proper care. But sometimes ship happens. If you have a lens issue, we have you covered with our 1-year Saltwater Promise lens replacement program. After the warranty expires, replacement lens kits can be purchased for $20. This includes a 1-year Saltwater Promise warranty extension.

LOSS+ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE REPLACEMENT POLICY


We also want you to be comfortable taking your shades to go and play! Should any accidental damage or loss happen, shoot us a note and we'll hook you up with replacement frames for a flat fee of $35. This charge includes all shipping and handling costs. This can be done one time per order placed originally through our website or orders placed with our Rheos marketplace account directly on Amazon. International orders may have additional shipping costs.
